Join mycologist Sam Warren in this mushroom workshop! We will cover an easily replicable, affordable method to turn our everyday waste into a delicious, nutritious snack. Essentially all we need is a big bowl, cardboard, fresh oyster mushrooms, water, and a plastic bag. Everyone leaves with own bag of inoculated cardboard.
