New Programs

Puzzle Competition- March 14th at 1:00pm: Join us for a puzzle competition with a chance to win awesome prizes. Assemble a team of up to 4 players to compete for the fastest time. Individuals also welcome. REGISTRATION IS NOW COSED.

Patchwork Neighbors- March 21st at 10:00am: All ages, skill levels, and neighbors are invited to come together and sew lap quilts for a shared community project. Finished blankets will be donated to local cancer patients through Noyes Cancer Center.

Studio Art- March 23rd at 5:30pm: Studio Art is a creative club designed for adults who long for the simple joy of art class—fresh supplies, playful projects, and that magical feeling of making something just because it feels good. This monthly program brings back the nostalgia of the art room, but with the freedom, humor, and zero‑pressure atmosphere we appreciate as adults.

Mexican Train- March 26th at 2:00pm: Join us for a friendly game of the domino game Mexican Train! Senior/Adult program

Growing Oyster Mushrooms- March 26th at 6:00pm: Join mycologist Sam Warren in this mushroom workshop! We will cover an easily replicable, affordable method to turn our everyday waste into a delicious, nutritious snack. Essentially all we need is a big bowl, cardboard, fresh oyster mushrooms, water, and a plastic bag. Everyone leaves with their own bag of inoculated cardboard. Registration Required- Call 585-384-5170.

Teen Egg Hunt- March 28th at 11:00am: Teens only, join us for a competitive hunt through the library stacks!

Teen and Tween Programs:

Teen Time – Friday, March 6th at 6:00 pm: Monthly teen only hangout. Invite friends to make a craft, play a game, watch a movie or battle on the Nintendo Switch.

STEAM Team- Friday, March 20th at 4:00 pm Design your own spinning top and learn about physics.

Kids Programs:

Library Little Ones: Monday, Wednesday & Friday 9:30-11:30 am. Drop-in play group for babies and toddlers. Time for activities, free play, and socialization for both children and their caregivers.

Crafts

Creative Community: Weekly Craft adaptable for all ages. Join us Wednesdays at 4:00 pm

Take & Make: A take home kit available at the front desk. Each kit contains materials to make the monthly craft at home.

Book Club

This month’s book club pick is My Friends by Fredrik Backman. Join us for light refreshments and discussion 3/25 at 12pm.
